Anthony DeFilippis, Jr., Esq.
In addition to his experience as a litigator since 1986 appearing before state and federal courts, the American Arbitration Association, and many state and federal agencies, Attorney DeFilippis served as Counsel and Chief of Staff for the Senate Majority Offices, State of Connecticut from 1996-2001. His varied and high level experience is on a broad range of issues, such as his work with the energy, technology and health care industries. Attorney DeFilippis has also maintained a litigation practice, including commercial and employment litigation, on behalf of business clients as well as personal representation for closely-held businesses and in his white collar practice.
Attorney DeFilippis was admitted to the bar in 1986. He is a member of the state and federal bars of Connecticut, The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. A graduate with honors from St. John's University School of Law and Fairfield University, he is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Gerard Vecchio, Advisor for Mediation & Business Governance
Over a 25-year span, Mr. Vecchio has assisted various middle-market growth and acquisition-oriented firms with minimal initial revenues to grow to over $100 million. In addition, he has provided strategic advice and has negotiated agreements with senior executives at privately-held and publicly-traded companies, including issues related to mergers, acquisitions and divestiture, employment and compensation issues, and disputes connected to complex financial structures. Mr. Vecchio holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA for the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
